Together we will create a safe place so that everyone can talk about the issues surrounding the divorce; where the husband, wife and children are treated with respect and dignity; and where we nurture and help define the co-parenting and the after-divorce relationships.
For some, a collaborative divorce will simply not work. In these cases, I recommend divorce mediation.
A key component of any successful lawsuit is the ability to help people solve their legal disputes efficiently. In almost every instance, it is better to keep divorce clients out of the courtroom whenever possible and resolve marital disputes before they develop into full-blown problems. I am a credentialed mediator and I have twenty-five years of experience using mediation to compassionately end a marriage. This experience often allows clients to successfully resolve problems without the costs, delays and uncertainty of a trial.
